  • What if the AI doesn't know an answer?

  • Can it transfer me a live call?

    Yes. If the customer asks for a human or hits a stuck conversation, Module V transfers to a configured number. Median transfer time: 8 seconds.
  • PDPA-compliant call recordings?

    Yes. Every call recording tagged with purpose-of-processing, retention configurable (default 90 days), customer can request deletion. Disclosure prompt on every call by default.
  • Outbound calls?

    Inbound-only today. Outbound is coming Q2 2027 — needs more guardrails (DNC list integration, rate limits, anti-spam compliance).
  • What about Mandarin dialects?

    We support standard Mandarin (普通话). Cantonese isn't live yet — on the roadmap for Q4.
