Terms of Service.

By using app.onset.my (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the Service.

ONSET provides AI-powered business automation for SMEs, including chat assistants, voice agents, lead generation, collections, document intelligence, and proposal generation. Service tiers and pricing are published at app.onset.my/pricing.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activity under Malaysian or Singaporean law
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass authentication
• Submit content that violates PDPA, IP, or third-party rights
• Use AI outputs in ways that violate halal compliance, MOH, MCMC, or LHDN regulations
• Attempt to manipulate the AI for prompt injection or jailbreaking

ONSET advises. Humans decide. Machines execute only what was approved. Every:

• Outbound message to a customer (WhatsApp, Email, Voice)
• Financial transaction or invoice submission
• Public publication (social media, web)
• Permanent deletion

...passes through a 30-second cancel window with explicit human approval. We do not autonomously execute these on your behalf.

Every ONSET module bundle is priced to cover its delivery costs and the platform reinvestment required to keep it running, with a hard-enforced 60% gross margin floor. Our pricing engine validates every quote against these covenants — it cannot be auto-overridden. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days from the proposal date.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. We may suspend the Service immediately for breach of acceptable use (§ 3). On termination, your data is exported on request and deleted per our retention schedule (Privacy Policy § 5).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kuala Lumpur.

We may update these Terms with 30 days advance notice via email to the account owner. Material changes (price increase > 10%, new sub-processors handling personal data) require explicit acceptance.
