    Mandate 2.5 — 60% margin floor must be hard-enforced. LLMs make math errors. We read pricing from module_pricing (deterministic), never let the LLM compute or "estimate".
  • Can I customise bundles for my industry?

    Yes — Team and Agency tiers support custom bundles. Each bundle has scope items, included module quotas, and a cost basis used to enforce the margin floor.
  • What about discounts?

    Discounts are tier-capped (Solo: max 10%; Team: 15%; Agency: 20% with approval). Lower discounts auto-apply; higher require a human override in Telegram.
  • How does it know my pricing?

    Onboarding: we ingest your existing rate card, cross-check against the margin floor, and load it as your tenant's deterministic price table. Updates are versioned (Class A change).
  • Multi-currency?

    MYR primary. SGD, USD, IDR supported for cross-border deals — currency tagged per bundle, exchange rate snapshotted at proposal time.
