MOTHERSHIP · SALES COPILOT

One brief in. A paid proposal out.

Drop a one-line brief into WhatsApp. Mothership researches the prospect, picks the right services from your catalogue, drafts the proposal in your brand voice with a payment link — and waits for you to tap Approve.

Your service catalogue, your prices, your minimum margin, your brand voice — you load them once at kickoff. From then on, every brief becomes a ready-to-send proposal in minutes. The payment link arrives in the recipient's inbox with your name on it — invisible to them, fully owned by you.

MOTHERSHIP · SALES COPILOT

One brief in. A paid proposal out.

Mothership is the conversational sales copilot. Drop a one-line brief into WhatsApp. It researches the prospect, picks the right services from your catalogue, drafts the proposal, embeds a payment link, and waits for you to hit Approve.

Your proposals take hours. Mothership takes minutes. It pulls the prospect's company data, picks services from the catalogue you loaded at kickoff, prices the bundle against your minimum margin (enforced by the platform, not optional), drafts the proposal in your brand voice, and attaches a one-click payment link. You either approve the send — or you don't. No more half-finished decks at midnight.

WHAT YOU BRING · WHAT MOTHERSHIP BRINGS

Mothership doesn't invent your offer. It assembles it.

You stay in charge of what you sell and at what price. Mothership's job is research, matching, drafting, and packaging — never deciding what your services are.

YOU BRING · ONE-TIME SETUP AT KICKOFF

  • ·Your service catalogue. The list of things you sell, with scope notes and unit prices. Spreadsheet, brochure, or existing rate card — we load it at kickoff.
  • ·Your minimum margin floor. Default 60%; tune per bundle. Mothership will refuse to draft below it.
  • ·Your brand voice corpus. Past proposals, emails, marketing copy. Mothership writes in your voice, not a generic one.
  • ·Your ideal customer profile. So research can score the prospect for fit before you spend a minute on the proposal.

MOTHERSHIP BRINGS · EVERY BRIEF, EVERY TIME

  • ·Research. Pulls the prospect's company data, headcount, vertical, recent news.
  • ·Bundling from your catalogue. Matches the brief to the services you've already loaded, never invents new ones.
  • ·Margin-safe pricing. Reads from your price list, checks the total against your floor, refuses if below.
  • ·Proposal draft + payment link. Written in your brand voice. A click-to-pay link valid 14 days. Telegram approval gate before send.

HOW IT WORKS

From WhatsApp brief to payment link, in four steps.

Each step is checked and audited. You can pause, swap, cancel, or escalate at any boundary — and nothing ships without your tap.

  1. 1Brief

You drop a one-liner in WhatsApp.

Customer name, rough industry, what they want, your budget — one sentence is enough. No CRM lookup, no template juggling, no spreadsheet.

    ingested · channel = whatsapp

  2. 2Research + bundle

Mothership researches the prospect and picks from your catalogue.

Pulls company data, sizes the prospect against your ideal customer profile, and selects services from the catalogue you loaded at kickoff — the ones that match the brief and the budget. Margin is checked against the floor you set; below it, Mothership refuses to draft and flags you.

enriched · bundle proposed from your catalogue

  3. 3Draft

Writes the proposal in your brand voice with a payment link.

Cover, prospect summary, recommended bundle, monthly + setup, payment terms, your SLA, cancellation. Your brand voice. A one-click payment link in the right currency with the right tax treatment.

    proposal · ready for review

  4. 4Approval gate

Lands in your Telegram for a short approval window.

You see the proposal preview, the margin, the payment link, and the recipient. Tap to approve and it ships via WhatsApp + email. Tap to cancel and it's archived. Do nothing and it auto-ships at the timer.

THE TIME MATH

Hours vs minutes — the case that funds itself.

Mothership starts at RM 1,499/mo. At one saved proposal per week, it pays for itself in week one. At five a week — what most owner-operators write — it pays for itself before lunch on Monday.

THE GUARDRAILS

Mothership cannot send a proposal you didn't approve, at a margin you didn't set.

The same oversight layer that protects every ONSET module protects Mothership. Margin enforced. Approval required. Audit written. Nothing slips.

  • Margin protection

Refuses to draft below your minimum margin. Default 60%. Tunable per bundle. You set the rule; Mothership enforces it.

  • Brand voice + claims

Pre-screens for tone drift, off-brand language, accidental over-promises, and any claim that contradicts your verified data.

  • Approval gate

Telegram preview shows the bundle, the margin, the recipient, the payment link. Tap to ship, tap to cancel, or let it auto-ship at the timer.

  • Audit trail

Every proposal — brief, research, bundle, margin, draft, approval, payment link, recipient — recorded in a tamper-evident audit chain.

BEFORE YOU BUY

The six things buyers ask about Mothership.

  • What if it picks the wrong services?

You approve before send. The Telegram preview shows exactly which items from your catalogue Mothership picked, the rationale, the total and the margin. Tap Cancel, or reply with adjustments ("swap X for Y", "add the onboarding add-on") and Mothership re-drafts within minutes. You never lose the final word.
  • How does it learn my brand voice?

Mothership learns from your past proposals, emails, and marketing copy. The first few proposals get reviewed line-by-line so we extract your patterns; after about ten proposals, the voice is dialed in. You can re-tune anytime by flagging a draft.
  • Can it handle multi-currency / cross-border?

Yes. MYR is the default; SGD, USD, IDR are supported with daily FX rates. The payment link is generated in the recipient's currency, with the right tax treatment per jurisdiction (Malaysia SST, Singapore GST, Indonesia VAT).
  • What's the minimum margin floor?

Default is 60%. You can tune per bundle or per client. You set the rule; Mothership enforces it — drafts below your floor are refused and flagged for owner intervention.
  • Does the prospect see "powered by AI"?

No. The proposal is from you — your letterhead, your sign-off, your brand voice. Mothership is invisible to the recipient. The only AI marker lives in your private audit log.
  • What happens after they click the payment link?

Standard payment flow. Once paid, Mothership notifies you on Telegram and marks the proposal as won. If you've linked a CRM, the deal updates there too. The new client is then handed off to onboarding automatically.

Stop writing the same proposal every week.

Send Mothership your next brief. The payment link reaches the prospect with your name on it, before your kopi goes cold.
