Three packages, each with a defined workload.

Starter, Growth, and Pro are six-month managed-service agreements billed monthly in advance. The setup fee and first monthly retainer are paid before onboarding. The monthly retainer is the retainer; standard packages do not add a second one-month security deposit.

BEACON enterprise engagement

Audit RM1,500-RM3,000; sprint RM6,500-RM12,000; Sprint + Demand RM9,000-RM18,000; retainer RM3,000-RM8,000/month. Final scope is agreed before work starts.

Scope BEACON

Large organisations

A custom service order, not a mystery price.

Large organisations that need a scoped combination of ONSET capabilities, governance, integrations, rollout support, or account structure beyond the standard packages. A fit and requirements review leads to a written service order. Implementation is paid by agreed milestones, starting with 50% mobilisation. The first managed-service month is due before go-live, then the retainer is billed monthly in advance.

  • Implementation from RM15,000
  • Managed service from RM3,000/month
  • 50% implementation mobilisation before build
  • First managed-service month paid before go-live
  • 6-month managed-service minimum after go-live

Before a quotation is issued

We confirm outcomes, users, integrations, data handling, provider costs, acceptance criteria, milestones, and the exact capabilities to be enabled. No unverified infrastructure or compliance capability is promised.

Usage credits

A workload unit, not money or LLM tokens.

Credits let unlike work share one monthly workload allowance. They are not cash, provider balance, or tokens held with an AI provider. Actual LLM tokens and provider costs are metered separately and never converted into a customer charge without the written service-order rule.

Workload is charged once

Only the completed customer workload debits credits. Broker calls, retries, routine monitoring, scheduled digests, and flow dispatch are zero-rated.

Provider usage stays visible

Supported LLM calls record the module, provider, actual model, input tokens, output tokens, and RM cost separately from customer credits.

No silent provider overage

Customer-owned provider keys are the default. Managed-provider usage stays unavailable unless the service order states an allowance and ONSET has configured an enforceable account budget.

Approved top-up options

No top-up or overage is charged automatically. Top-ups require an active package, apply to the current monthly billing period, and add workload only - not modules, channels, provider balance, or human review.

Discuss a top-up

500 credits

RM99

One-off monthly top-up for an active package. Unused top-up credits follow the same monthly expiry rule.

1,500 credits

RM249

One-off monthly top-up for an active package. It does not add modules, channels, or human review.

5,000 credits

RM699

One-off monthly top-up for an active package, approved before charge. It is not provider balance or LLM tokens.

Customer-owned provider keys are the default. Managed-provider usage is offered only when a written allowance and an enforceable account budget are configured; otherwise it remains unavailable. Unpriced provider calls stay visible and are never presented as zero-cost usage. Included and top-up credits do not roll over by default. Nothing is assumed, and ONSET does not silently expand scope.

Add-ons

Published extensions for an existing service.

Extra reception channel

One extra approved customer channel. Billed monthly in advance and co-terminates with the base package.

RM199/month

Pricing FAQ

Settle the commercial rules before activation.

  • What is ONSET in plain English?

ONSET is a small AI back-office team for Malaysian and Singaporean SMEs: customer response, content, reports, lead capture, knowledge base, and approval-controlled workflow support.
  • Which package should I start with?

Start with the smallest package that covers the first operating outcome. Starter is the narrowest entry, Growth adds content and deeper reporting, and Pro adds a limited number of approved workflows. Growth Pilot is a three-month managed launch route for customers who need tighter onboarding; it is not a fourth product tier.
  • Are CORTEX and Mothership missing from the packages?

No. CORTEX and Mothership are supporting intelligence infrastructure, not separate subscriptions. ONSET uses the relevant parts behind a purchased package or specialist engagement when the agreed work requires them. Buying a package does not provide unrestricted access to every internal platform tool.
  • How do I buy BEACON?

BEACON is a separate enterprise visibility engagement, not a hidden package feature. Its audit, sprint, Sprint + Demand, and retainer ranges are published on the services page, and the final scope is agreed before work begins.
  • Are setup fees included?

No. Each package has a separate setup fee for discovery, account and provider connection, knowledge setup, approval design, configuration, and acceptance testing. The setup fee and first monthly retainer are paid before onboarding starts.
  • How is the setup fee for a standalone service decided?

The services catalogue shows the standard starting setup for each standalone service. It covers the bounded onboarding needed for that service. If data migration, extra channels, custom integrations, or unusual security work increases the scope, the complete setup price is stated in the written service order before payment.
  • Is there a separate one-month security retainer or deposit?

No for standard packages. The monthly subscription is the service retainer. At commencement you pay the setup fee plus the first monthly retainer; we do not add a second one-month security deposit.
  • How long is the initial contract?

Starter, Growth, and Pro have a six-month initial term. Growth Pilot is the lower-commitment three-month managed launch route. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
  • What are ONSET usage credits?

Credits are workload units used to measure completed customer work consistently. A reply, knowledge answer, captured consented lead, or analysed mention uses 1 credit; a social post uses 10; a knowledge item uses 5, 10, or 20 depending on size; and a full competitor report or growth playbook uses 300. System retries, scheduled checks, scheduled digests, and approved workflow routing use 0. The complete schedule is published on the pricing page.
  • Are ONSET credits cash, LLM tokens, or provider balance?

No. ONSET credits are service workload units. They are not money, LLM tokens, or a balance held with OpenAI, OpenRouter, WhatsApp, Stripe, or another provider.
  • What happens when my included credits run low?

We show the remaining workload and discuss an approved top-up or a package change. ONSET does not silently add credits, charge an overage, or expand the scope without written approval.
  • Do AI replies need a separate reply add-on?

No. Completed AI replies use the published ONSET credit schedule. If the package allowance is insufficient, you can approve a general credit top-up or move to a higher package; there is no separate reply-capacity charge for the same work.
  • Do unused credits roll over?

Not by default. Included and top-up credits expire at the end of the monthly billing period unless the service order expressly provides a different rule.
  • Are provider costs included?

Customer-owned provider keys are the default, so provider charges stay in the customer account. Managed-provider usage is offered only when the service order states a written allowance and ONSET has configured an enforceable account budget. Otherwise managed-provider calls remain unavailable.
  • How are actual LLM tokens and provider spend controlled?

ONSET records the service, provider, actual model, input tokens, output tokens, and recorded RM cost for supported LLM calls. Calls without a verified provider price remain marked as unpriced rather than being shown as free. These telemetry figures are separate from customer workload credits.
  • Can a large organisation request a custom package?

Yes. Custom engagements start from RM15,000 for implementation and RM3,000 per month for managed service, subject to a fit, security, integration, and delivery review. The exact modules, milestones, provider costs, service levels, and acceptance criteria are written into the service order.
  • Can ONSET send messages or publish work without me?

Only workflows that have been configured and approved for your account can release external work. Financial, public, destructive, and other higher-risk actions keep a separate approval boundary.
  • Will services outside my order be added to my account?

No. Only the packages, specialist services, and supporting capabilities stated in the service order are enabled for the account. A wider catalogue does not create an automatic entitlement.
  • Can I bring my own LLM or provider keys?

Yes. Supported services can use customer-owned provider keys saved securely for that account and service. ONSET shows only whether a key is connected and never displays the saved secret again.
  • Is this a replacement for my staff?

No. ONSET is designed to reduce repetitive back-office load while keeping owner control over customer-facing, public, financial, and high-risk actions.
