  • Which package should I start with?

    Growth Pilot is the recommended launch package because it includes the safest commercially useful capabilities without exposing unfinished internal systems.

  • Are setup fees included?

    No. Each package has a clear monthly fee and a separate setup fee because onboarding, knowledge base setup, and approval rules need real implementation work.

  • How does usage work?

    Customer-facing usage is tracked as ONSET usage credits. It is not shown as technical provider spend. Credit enforcement is defined and still being verified before hard billing automation.

  • Can ONSET send messages or publish work without me?

    No. ONSET advises and prepares work. Humans decide. Machines execute only what was approved.

  • What happens to unfinished modules?

    They stay internal, qualified-only, deferred, or blocked until their frontend, backend, database, auth, tenant isolation, usage, audit, and test evidence is real.

  • Can I bring my own LLM or provider keys?

    Yes for account-scoped provider setup where the backend path is enabled. Secrets are presence-only in the UI and should never be displayed back to users.

  • Is this a replacement for my staff?

    No. ONSET is designed to reduce repetitive back-office load while keeping owner control over customer-facing, public, financial, and high-risk actions.
