    We use a Malaysia-fine-tuned sentiment model trained on 50K labelled BM/Manglish posts. "Eh sial brand ni rosak" scores correctly as negative; "memang power la" scores positive — no English translation layer.
  • Reddit & X — even private subreddits?

    Public-only. Private subreddits and X private accounts are not crawled (PDPA + platform ToS). Public mentions, including those that mention your brand name, are fair game.
  • False positives on rage alerts?

    ~12% per our QA. We surface the post + context — you decide. Tunable per tenant (raise threshold for chatty brands, lower for quiet ones).
  • Can it draft my response?
