Acceptable Use Policy

What you cannot do with ONSET.

Last updated 09 May 2026

You agree not to use ONSET to: · Send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) — Module U's 21-day warmup and PDPA suppression list are designed to prevent this. Circumventing them violates this AUP. · Send threats, harassment, or hate speech. · Promote illegal goods or services under Malaysian or Singaporean law (this includes unlicensed gambling, unregistered investment schemes, unauthorised pharmaceuticals). · Run cold-outreach campaigns to consumers without explicit opt-in — this violates PDPA § 6. · Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our prompts or model weights. · Attempt to bypass our 30-second cancel window (Mandate 2.4) or the 60% margin floor (Mandate 2.5) through automation that masquerades as user input. · Use the platform to generate content that infringes third-party copyright. · Use Module V to record calls without first obtaining caller consent — Module V's consent prompt is mandatory and cannot be turned off. We monitor for violations through SENTINEL quality samples and account-level signals. Violations result in suspension within 24 hours and account termination on repeat or severe violations. Report suspected abuse: abuse@onset.my.
