WHAT WE WON'T BUILD
Five categories explicitly out of scope.
Scope discipline is what keeps the product coherent. If we build everything, we're a mediocre everything-platform. These are the deliberate "no"s.
Marketing automation campaigns
GoHighLevel and HubSpot do this well. ONSET integrates with them rather than competing.
A full CRM
HubSpot Starter is RM 0/free for SMEs. We integrate with it. Module N replaces the proposal-generation work but not the CRM.
A consumer chat product
We build for businesses serving businesses or businesses serving consumers — not for end consumers directly.
Generative image / video / music
We do operational AI, not creative AI. ChatGPT, Midjourney, ElevenLabs do that better.
Trading or financial advice
Regulatory landmines. We'll handle accounting + e-Invoice + collections, never investments.
