Opt-out

If a Malaysian SME is using ONSET to message you and you want it to stop: WhatsApp / SMS — Reply STOP, BERHENTI, or UNSUBSCRIBE. The PDPA suppression list is consulted by every outbound channel at send time. Honoured within minutes. Email — Click the unsubscribe link in any email footer. We do not use deceptive opt-out flows. Voice — Tell the AI receptionist "remove me from your list" or "berhenti". Module V detects this phrase in BM/EN/zh/Manglish and adds you to suppression immediately. Once you opt out, you stay opted out unless you explicitly opt back in. We honour the suppression list against all our customers globally — meaning opting out of one Malaysian SME using ONSET opts you out across all of them, unless you have a separate consent on file with that specific business. If a business continues messaging you after opt-out, that's a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy. Report to abuse@onset.my and we'll investigate within 24 hours.
