FOUNDER BIO · REGINALD CHAN
The person behind ONSET.
Reginald Chan is the founder of Marketing Lancers Consultancy Sdn Bhd, a Kuala Lumpur-based consultancy serving SMEs in Malaysia and Singapore since 2014. Active member of BNI Malaysia, HRD Corp registered training provider, and one of the earliest LHDN MyInvois ASPs.
Reginald started ONSET in 2025 after watching the same scene play out across hundreds of SMEs: thriving local businesses losing customers because they couldn't answer WhatsApp at 9pm, couldn't chase invoices without burning relationships, and couldn't afford an offshore call centre that didn't speak Manglish anyway.
ONSET launches publicly in May 2026.
