  • You have an engineering team that wants to build agents from primitives. Relevance, LangGraph, or Lindy fit that mental model better — we ship pre-built modules.
  • You need a US-centric Salesforce-style CRM. HubSpot or Salesforce integration may be enough — ONSET is an AI back-office, not a CRM.
  • Your budget floor is below RM 149/mo. We don't have a free tier on paid modules — the free tier sits on the MCP servers + AEO score tool.
