Bias for shipping production-ready, then polishing.
Curiosity about LHDN, PDPA, MyInvois, BNI — local context matters.
Comfort owning a feature end-to-end — schema, workflow, dashboard, runbook.
Honest accounting of progress. We never call something done until it works in production with real data.
