  • Will ONSET replace my staff?

    No. ONSET handles the 11pm WhatsApps, the chase-emails, the LHDN paperwork — the work that was already burning your team out. Your receptionist still handles the warm walk-ins. We call it augmentation, not replacement.
  • How does ONSET stay PDPA-compliant under the 2024 amendments?

    We honour opt-out (suppression) within 14 days. We give you a registered DPO advisory if you process personal data of 20,000+ individuals or sensitive data of 10,000+. Mandatory breach notification to the Commissioner within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach likely to cause significant harm (PDPA Amendment Act 2024 §6, effective 1 June 2025). The maximum fine for breaches of the Data Protection Principles (§§6–12) was raised from RM 300,000 to RM 1,000,000, and imprisonment from two to three years — we make sure that is not your problem.
  • What about LHDN MyInvois Phase 4?

    We are an ASP-listed submitter. Per LHDN e-Invoice Specific Guideline v4.7 (published 20 April 2026), the interim penalty-free relaxation period for Phase 4 taxpayers (RM 1M–RM 5M turnover) was extended to 31 December 2027. Full penalty enforcement begins 1 January 2028. The duty to issue an e-invoice is in §82C(1) ITA 1967; paragraph 120(1)(d) sets the penalty at RM 200–RM 20,000 per offence or up to six months’ imprisonment. We file, validate, return UIN + QR, and archive for seven years.
  • Is the training HRD Corp claimable?

    Yes. ONSET implementation training is structured for SBL-KHAS — SMEs under 200 staff can claim up to 100% of cost. We handle the e-TRiS paperwork.
  • What if the AI sends something embarrassing?

    It can’t. Every outbound passes a content-integrity check and a 30-second Telegram cancel window. You tap once to kill it. Do nothing and it ships. There is no autonomous-send mode.
  • Can I export everything and leave?

    Yes. Month-to-month billing. Full data export in standard formats (CSV + JSON). No termination fee. No data hostage.
  • Does ONSET speak Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin natively?

    Yes — natively, not translated through English. Module A handles BM, English, Mandarin, Tamil, Bahasa Indonesia, Manglish, and Singlish.
  • How fast can we go live?
